RSS isn't really something you can sign up for, but you can subscribe to a feed, such as the one that all blogs carry. Some websites use RSS, too. Even AWeber now uses RSS for the emails you send out.

If you have a blog, you don't need to install it. It's standard.

And clicking on any of the orange, square icons will sign you up for any feed.

You will need a feed reader to read the feed, though, as a feed is all jumbled text without spaces, paragraphing, etc. The feed reader sorts it out and makes it legible. Google has a good one that I use, but I've also used BlogLines and Blog Rover. You decide what makes sense for you.

I am one of the don’t seem to GET RSS. I have started to several tines but haven't. Guess I would know about more updates if I did. Most of the ones that have blogs tell me when they update so I didn't think I needed to signup for the RSS.
